Alan is seeking a Senior Growth Marketer to own broad and strategically important growth outcomes across markets. You will challenge the initial framing, identify high-leverage opportunities, and build scalable processes across teams and segments.

You will connect growth decisions to company objectives, influence senior stakeholders, and design repeatable systems for insight, experimentation, and measurement. This role offers exposure to international expansion and a unique culture.

About the Growth team

Growth Marketing at Alan covers a broad range of opportunities, including acquisition, segment and market growth, partnerships, content, experimentation, and international expansion.

We are looking for adaptable marketers who can take ownership of a defined growth problem, learn quickly, and evolve as our priorities change.

Concretely, our team works on missions such as:

• Developing our channels: scaling paid acquisition, growing visibility in AI search and LLMs like ChatGPT, or growing our strategic partnerships

• Crafting the go‑to‑market strategy for our different segments (e.g. retirees, freelancers, companies,…)

• Producing performance creatives with AI workflows to create assets at scale

Your mission

As a Senior Growth Marketer, you will own broad and strategically important Growth outcomes. You will challenge the initial framing, make high-impact choices, and build scalable ways of working across teams, segments, or markets.

What we are looking for

• A strong track record of owning broad or strategically important Growth outcomes.

• Experience making complex trade‑offs across business priorities and stakeholder groups.

• Ability to challenge the framing of a problem and identify systemic constraints.

• Strong business judgment, including an understanding of economics, measurement, and long‑term impact.

• Experience building scalable systems, standards, or ways of working.

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority.

• Strong learning agility and comfort operating in complex, ambiguous environments.

• Ability to create leverage beyond your individual execution and raise the quality of the surrounding team.

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
