Keoni seeks a seasoned Functional Test Manager to drive testing strategy and execution across release cycles. You will design tests, coordinate UAT with business users, and track defects through resolution, ensuring quality before production.

Applicants should have strong experience in test planning, tool suites (Jira/Xray/Zephyr), Agile methodologies, and stakeholder communication. Knowledge of retirement-sector context is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in functional testing, validation, or software quality assurance.
• Experience in test design and execution, defect tracking, and coordinating business and technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to work in an iterative environment.
• Proficiency with test and requirements management tools like Jira, Xray, Zephyr, Squash TM, or ALM/Quality Center.
• Ability to design relevant scenarios, test plans, cases, and data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Define and update the testing strategy, objectives, scope, resources, tools, and criteria.
• Design and prepare tests, write test plans, and assemble data and tools.
• Execute initial tests, log results, report defects, and track resolutions.
• Organize and manage UAT sessions, train testers, and coordinate with the dev team.
• Close the UAT with a final validation decision and risk assessment.
