Keoni seeks a Senior Functional Integrator for the Federal Accounting project based on CEGID XRP Ultimate in SaaS mode. You will be the entry point for integration activities, coordinating data flows and interfaces across the accounting platform and ensuring proper integration into XRP Ultimate.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in accounting and technical integration, with hands-on knowledge of XRP Ultimate interfaces and related tooling like TODL/Loader and XLINK/ETL.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with CEGID XRP Ultimate, minimum 3–4 years focused on XRP Ultimate interfaces.
• Strong understanding of XRP Interfaces: journal entries, invoices, bank statements, third parties.
• Proficient with TODL/Loader for file processing and XLINK/ETL for flow analysis and troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Analyze architecture and operation of applications within the domain: software components, data exchange, and technical components.
• Prepare end-to-end integration test plans based on project roadmap and GO/NO GO criteria for UAT.
• Coordinate actions for preparation of various integration phases and first-level incident analysis during integration or UAT.

Context: Senior Functional Integrator – Federal Accounting / CEGID XRP Ultimate Profile: Senior – more than 7 years of experience in the same service area. The assignment involves a Senior Functional Integrator role on the Federal Accounting project. The Federal Accounting project aims to implement a single general accounting application for all institutions. The solution is based on the CEGID XRP Ultimate software package in SaaS mode. In this context, the functional integrator will be the project's entry point for integration activities. The assignment requires dual functional and technical expertise, enabling an understanding of accounting processes, application operation, their components, and the various associated interfaces and workflows.Main Responsibilities The consultant will be involved in the following areas: • Analysis of the architecture and operation of applications within the domain: software components, data exchange, and technical components; • Preparation of end-to-end integration test plans based on the project roadmap; • Definition of GO/NO GO criteria for user acceptance testing; • Preparation and execution of integration test campaigns; • Analysis of the interoperability of the various components of the information system; • Production and communication of integration reports; • Objective evaluation of the maturity of versions before user acceptance testing; • Coordination of actions necessary for the preparation of the various integration phases; • First-level analysis of incidents encountered during integration or user acceptance testing phases; • Analysis and diagnosis of rejected, error-prone, or unexpectedly behaving files; • Orchestration of the handling of the numerous data flows converging on the Federal Accounting platform; • Verification of the conformity of the flows at the level of the internally developed concentrator and their proper integration into CEGID XRP Ultimate.Essential Skills : The candidate must have significant experience with CEGID XRP Ultimate, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years specifically focused on XRP Ultimate interfaces. Proficiency in the following areas is expected: • CEGID XRP Ultimate; • XRP interfaces: journal entries, invoices, bank statements, third parties; • Outgoing interfaces: invoice returns, SEPA, CDG, EDP; • TODL/Loader for file processing; • XLINK/ETL for flow analysis and troubleshooting; • Batch workflows and transformers; • Analysis and diagnosis of integration anomalies; • Diagnosis of rejected or error files; • Technical skills related to accounting software; • Sound functional understanding of general accounting principles.A genuine technical aptitude is essential: the consultant must not be solely functional. They must be able to understand the technical mechanisms, identify the source of a blockage, and distinguish between a technical anomaly and an accounting anomaly. Knowledge of a retirement information system is also desirable. We are looking for a Senior Functional Integrator with over 7 years of experience and dual functional expertise in accounting and technical/integration. The ideal candidate will have already worked extensively with CEGID XRP Ultimate and its interface mechanisms. Generic experience with CEGID or accounting ERP systems without concrete experience with XRP Ultimate and its interfaces will be insufficient given the requirements of this project.
