Wematch Ltd. in Paris or Tel Aviv is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to own our production application, ensuring stability, performance and scalability while driving continuous improvement. You’ll work with Tech leads and global teams to design, implement and troubleshoot features.

The role demands strong full‑stack expertise with Node.js, React, Express.js, and cloud services, plus a proactive, collaborative approach to security, reliability, and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining production applications.
• Expertise in Express.js, asynchronous programming, and API design.
• Strong cloud experience (AWS preferred).
• Database knowledge, preferably NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase, etc.).
• Autonomous problem solver with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop & enhance Wematch platform using Node.js, React, and cloud services.
• Manage & optimize production application, ensuring uptime and performance.
• Lead architectural decisions for scalability and security.
• Monitor, troubleshoot & resolve production issues proactively.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices.
