Jobgether is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer based in France to own and evolve a high-performance frontend using SvelteKit, Svelte, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript. You will shape architecture, drive performance targets, and collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver accessible, SEO-friendly interfaces.

The role emphasizes agentic AI workflows, scalable design systems, and strong testing practices (Vitest, Playwright) within a fully remote European environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building production apps with Svelte/SvelteKit.
• Expert TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
• Deep Tailwind CSS knowledge with scalable design tokens.
• Strong HTML5/CSS3, responsive and accessible UI.
• Experience delivering high performance apps aligned to Core Web Vitals.
• Ability to design scalable frontend architectures in greenfield projects.
• Experience building reusable component libraries and design systems.
• Familiarity with Svelte state management (stores, context).
• Hands-on with Vitest and Playwright for testing.
• Git/GitHub workflow, PRs, code reviews, and CI/CD.

Responsabilités

• Architect and build a new web frontend from ground up using SvelteKit and Tailwind.
• Define rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR, edge).
• Set and maintain performance targets (LCP, INP, CLS) from real-user data.
• Build a reusable Svelte component library and design system.
• Translate requirements into clean, accessible components.
• Own frontend SEO, including metadata and structured data.
• Establish frontend testing standards (Vitest, Playwright).
• Define tooling, linting, formatting, type checks, pre-commit hooks, CI gates.
• Lead code reviews and improve frontend quality and standards.
• Drive ADRs and frontend discussions, plan architecture.
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs and assist API contracts.
• Support CI/CD across AWS infrastructure.
• Monitor and optimize frontend performance with Lighthouse, WebPageTest, RUM.
• Incorporate agentic AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor) into workflow.
