Waters is seeking a skilled FP&A data Platform Engineer to design a standardized EMEA data model and enable self-service planning across countries using Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform and Azure data services. You will build Power Apps for payroll and planning inputs, create Power Automate workflows for approvals, and partner with FP&A, HR, and local finance teams to drive adoption and reliable reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with FP&A data models and payroll/forecasting processes.
• Experience standardizing finance/HR data across multiple countries.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills for finance-ready datasets.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement a standardized EMEA FP&A data model across multiple legal entities
• Build and maintain Power Apps to collect, validate, and standardize payroll and planning inputs
• Develop Power Automate workflows to support approvals, controls, and auditability
• Build, operate, and optimize a Microsoft Fabric lakehouse (Bronze / Silver / Gold layers)
• Partner closely with FP&A, HR, and local finance teams to drive adoption and usage
• Define the analytics backlog, data standards, and foundations for future reporting and planning enhancements
