Coface is seeking a senior finance professional to join the Group Investments, Treasury and Financing team in the Paris area. You will lead refinancing management, structure cost-efficient funding, and manage banking relationships to support factoring activity.

You will also participate in capital and profitability monitoring under Basel CRR/CRD IV, contribute to regulatory projections, and work in a hybrid setup with remote working options and related allowances.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years professional experience in a finance position
• Knowledge or experience in securitization and/or factoring
• Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Fluency in English and French for negotiating complex documents
• Strong knowledge of Basel regulation CRR / CRD IV
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and in a team setup

Responsabilités

• Define and implement refinancing strategy around trade receivable securitization, CPs and bank funding
• Ensure cost-efficient refinancing structure for factoring activity
• Build and manage funding sources and negotiate legal contracts
• Maintain long-term relationships with banking partners
• Monitor refinancing costs, KPI and liquidity requirements
• Contribute to budgeting with factoring entities and Control
• Oversee regulatory capital calculations per CRR/CRD IV and report to CFOs
• Support solvency ratio projection processes
• Participate in studies to optimize capital requirements for factoring
