Within the Group Finance Department, the Corporate FP&A team holds a key position in steering financial performance, financial planning, and producing analyses for top management. To support the strengthening of the Group’s financial steering and planning, we are looking for a senior, structured, and experienced professional eager to leverage their expertise in Corporate Finance.
Steering and Coordination of Strategic Deliverables
Coordinate and ensure the production and quality of deliverables intended for executive bodies: Group CFO, Executive Committee, and the Board.
Guarantee the reliability, consistency, and relevance of the analyses provided, taking into account the Group's financial and operational challenges.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Design, structure, and enhance financial dashboards to evaluate the performance of the Group and its consolidated entities.
Produce in-depth financial analyses (P&L, sector KPIs, scope effects) to inform strategic decisions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of closing and reporting processes.
Participate in key financial planning processes: monthly reporting, forecasts, annual budget, and business plan.
Challenge divisional assumptions and ensure data consolidation in compliance with deadlines and Group standards.
Financial Publications & Corporate Communication
Contribute to the preparation of financial publications (revenue and consolidated accounts) and guarantee the reliability, consistency, and quality of the materials released.
Participate in the preparation and delivery of internal financial communications, ensuring key information and Group expectations are effectively transmitted.
Collaborate closely with consolidation, investor relations (financial communication), and accounting teams to ensure the compliance and clarity of shared information.
Participate in the maintenance, evolution, and optimization of Group reporting tools in collaboration with the Finance IT Department.
