Micron Technology, Inc. invites a Senior Financial Analyst to join the global Assembly & Test network.

You will influence investments, manufacturing strategies, and technology roadmaps, turning complex cost and capacity data into actionable insights that strengthen competitive advantage. Collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership, you will develop cost models, benchmark performance, and leverage AI-enabled tools to automate workflows and accelerate decision

Competenze

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing finance, with hands-on experience in financial modeling, product cost modeling, and manufacturing cost analysis.

  • Lead complex Conventional and Advanced Packaging scenario studies and financial analyses to support Micron’s Assembly & Test manufacturing network.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership teams to evaluate business scenarios and provide data-driven recommendations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead complex Conventional and Advanced Packaging scenario studies and financial analyses to support Micron’s Assembly & Test manufacturing network.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing finance, with hands‑on experience in financial modeling, product cost modeling, and manufacturing cost analysis.
Required Technical Skills
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor back‑end manufacturing processes, including post‑probe, assembly, and test, with strong knowledge of cost drivers, cost structures, and yield drivers.
  • Experience in competitor cost benchmarking and familiarity with semiconductor industry best practices.
  • Ability to analyze complex manufacturing data, identify performance gaps, quantify financial impacts, and translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations.
Digital, Analytics, and AI Skills
  • Advanced Excel modeling capabilities.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and data analytics.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to improve business processes and decision making.
Leadership Competencies
  • Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing business environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
