Airbus Helicopters in France is seeking an Experienced Business Analyst to join the Engineering Methods and Tools PLM squad in Marignane. You will drive the frame of the digital transformation, overseeing the E2E PLM landscape and the Electrical data integration within the DMU.

The role requires proven experience in CAD design, EWIS and PLM integration, plus delivery leadership with measurable efficiency gains. Fluency in English and French is expected, with DO/PO exposure being a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience on CAD design, EWIS and PLM integration.
• Experience in the Airbus Helicopters design office.
• Experience in DO/PO will be a plus.
• Proven experience in leading deliveries with significant impact on efficiency & performance improvements.
• Strong facilitation skills for leading.
• Ability to listen, understand and respond in a constructive manner.
• Ability to negotiate, influence and to manage conflicts.
• Willingness and ability to handle changes on a day-to-day basis.
• Challenge mind-set, ability to speak up.
• Knowledge and experience in agile project management methodologies (Scrum, SAFe ...).
• Experience in stakeholder management, ability to engage skills of different functions in complex multi-functional-teams.
• Negotiation level of English and French; German is a plus.
