Job summary

Talantir is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead end-to-end digital banking product development in Paris. You will drive strategy, own roadmaps, and oversee cross-functional squads across engineering, design, data, and compliance in a fast-paced, regulated fintech setting.

In this role, you will define success metrics, collaborate with risk and security teams, and guide product discovery through user research and experimentation. A strategic, results-driven leader is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, preferably fintech or financial services.
• Experience launching B2C and/or B2B digital products in banking or payments.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple business units.
• Proven track record of delivering products with measurable impact.
• Ability to operate in a regulated environment with compliance-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into product plans with clear roadmaps and milestones.
