AspenTech seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer for its Subsurface Science & Engineering unit in France. You will support cloud-native product development, evolve delivery pipelines, and maintain development environments for a large distributed team.

You will automate CI/CD pipelines, manage artifacts, containerize with Docker, deploy to Kubernetes and Azure, and help secure the system while contributing to Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience administering Linux systems in on-prem or cloud environments.
• Strong source-control experience with Perforce and Git.
• Fluent in Python and shell scripting for automation.
• Proven track record maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with C++ build toolchains and IDEs.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux containers and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Responsabilités

• Automate and sequence operations using YAML pipelines.
• Build and manage artifacts from NPM libraries, React frontend services, Node backends, and C++ services.
• Create and manage Docker containers from source using Linux toolchains.
• Deploy containers to Kubernetes and Azure cloud stack.
• Troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Support security of the deployed system and document guidance for teammates.
• Capture knowledge and participate in Agile ceremonies and progress reporting.
