HOUSE OF ABY recherche un Senior DCS Commissioning Specialist pour diriger les activités DCS lors des phases de pré-commissioning et commissioning d'une installation industrielle à grande échelle. Vous serez l'autorité DCS sur site, garantissant réception, energisation, validation et optimisation des systèmes d'automatisation.

Vous collaborerez avec les équipes de commissioning, les ingénieurs instrumentation et électricité, ainsi que les parties prenantes, afin d'assurer préparation

Qualifications

• Expérience confirmée en mise en service de systèmes DCS dans l'industrie.
• Bonnes compétences en leadership et coordination d'équipes.
• Capacité à évoluer dans un cadre international et multiculturel.
• Rigueur et aptitude à la vérification des configurations et des logiques de contrôle.

Responsabilités

• Conduire les activités de réception, energisation et mise en service du DCS.
• Vérifier la configuration et l'architecture DCS selon les specs du projet.
• Valider les logiques de contrôle et les séquences fonctionnelles.
• Accompagner les loops et dépanner les systèmes de contrôle.
• Réaliser les documents de mise en service et les rapports de qualité.

As part of a major industrial project within the energy and process industry sector, we are looking for a Senior DCS Commissioning Specialist to lead all Distributed Control System (DCS) activities during the pre-commissioning and commissioning phases of a large-scale industrial installation.

You will act as the on-site DCS authority, ensuring the successful reception, energization, validation, and optimization of the automation and control systems. Working closely with commissioning teams, instrumentation engineers, electrical specialists, and project stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring system readiness and operational reliability.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading DCS reception, energization, and commissioning activities.
• Verifying DCS configuration and architecture against project specifications.
• Reviewing and validating control logic and functional sequences.
• Supporting loop check activities and troubleshooting control system issues.
• Implementing modifications within the DCS environment to ensure compliance with process and instrumentation requirements.
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary commissioning teams and providing technical guidance.
• Completing commissioning records, test procedures, and quality documentation.
• Ensuring safe execution of commissioning activities while maintaining project standards and schedule objectives.
• Reporting progress, risks, and corrective actions to project management.

Short business trips across European engineering and project offices may be required.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in DCS systems commissioning and industrial automation.
• Significant experience within industrial sectors such as:

Language

• English: Fluent / Professional proficiency (mandatory)

Le salaire proposé pour ce poste se situe entre 75000 € et 90000 € brut par an, selon votre expérience et vos qualifications.
