Pierre Fabre Laboratories in Toulouse is seeking a Senior Data Scientist - Multi-Omics AI & Target Identification to advance AI-driven target discovery across cancer indications. You will design and deploy ML models to integrate multi-omics data and translate biological questions into actionable insights.

You will collaborate with biologists and translational scientists in the Data Science & Biometry Department, scale models on HPC/cloud, and ensure robustness and interpretability of AI

Qualifications

• PhD or Master in data science, computational biology, or related field.
• 5+ years of data science experience in life sciences.
• Experience in multi-omics data analysis for target discovery.
• Hands-on ML/DL development experience with robust workflows.

Responsabilités

• Develop and apply ML/DL models to integrate multi-omics data for target identification.
• Identify molecular mechanisms and vulnerabilities across cancer indications.
• Support downstream assessments including target discovery, toxicity prediction, and patient stratification.
• Design and train advanced models with representation learning, self-supervised learning, and domain adaptation.
• Apply transformer-based architectures to biological and omics data.
• Ensure robustness, reproducibility, interpretability and scientific validity.
• Work with HPC/cloud environments to scale training and experimentation.
• Collaborate with biologists and drug discovery teams to translate questions into AI solutions.
