Decathlon Digital is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for Ecommerce to drive data-powered product experiences. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and analysts to apply predictive and prescriptive analytics and to develop models that impact customer experience and business performance.

This is a highly product-oriented role focused on turning exploration into measurable outcomes, from problem discovery to modeling, deployment, and ongoing optimization in a dynamic ecommerce

Qualifications

• End-to-end Data Science ownership across the full lifecycle (discovery, feature engineering, modeling, experimentation, deployment).
• Applied data science with statistical modeling and ML for real-world product problems like personalization.
• Product-focused experience in optimizing customer journeys in product environments.
• Strong programming in Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and large-scale data tools (SQL, Spark).

Responsabilités

• Build data science & advanced analytics solutions: develop ML models and apply predictive analytics to ecommerce and customer experience problems.
• Own end-to-end use cases from problem discovery to deployment and ongoing refinement.
• Explore data to uncover customer behaviors, trends, and high-impact opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to deploy solutions at scale with reliability and business impact.
