Job summary

Launchmetrics is seeking a Senior Product Builder with a Data focus to own missions in Data Collection & Enrichment Systems. You will lead end-to-end work from scoping to adoption, shaping data strategy with support from the VP Product, and operate as a fully autonomous pod owner.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and leadership to deliver measurable improvements in data quality, throughput, and reliability, while staying aligned with market trends in brand measurement.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years in product management or data management, ideally shipping alongside engineers in a SaaS environment.
• Fluent in SQL and comfortable with data modelling, pipelines and APIs.
• Understanding of the data lifecycle from acquisition to delivery and ability to improve data quality.
• Able to talk to users and translate fuzzy needs into measurable requirements.
• Self-sufficient across crafts with basic product thinking and interface reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Talk to users to turn needs into measurable product requirements and work with engineers daily.
• Own end-to-end missions: scope, build with the pod, enable and monitor adoption for Data Platform missions.
• Master data flow across acquisition, enrichment, and management to speed data delivery.
• Define KPIs for adoption and performance, analyze them, and feed learnings back into prioritisation.
• Monitor market trends in brand measurement and translate into strategy for data products.
• Collaborate with engineers, business stakeholders and leadership, speaking the right language to each.
• Contribute to shared tooling and processes to sharpen the data domain over time.
