Pennylane recherche un Senior Data Analyst pour rejoindre l’équipe Science & Analytics, spécialisée sur l’Acquisition (5+ personnes) au sein d’un Data department comptant plus de 40 personnes.

Vous utiliserez SQL, DBT, Python et Redshift pour identifier des opportunités de croissance, anticiper les questions business et soutenir la prise de décision, tout en promouvant une culture data self-service dans une organisation européenne en croissance.

Qualifications

• Expérience en Data Analytics, idéalement scale-up (5–6 ans).
• Maîtrise de SQL, DBT et outils de visualisation.
• Capacité à collaborer avec des parties prenantes transverses et à communiquer clairement.
• Bon sens business et curiosité analytique.
• Bilingue Français et Anglais (écrit et oral).

Responsabilités

• Utiliser les données pour identifier des opportunités de croissance et améliorer les processus.
• Être le partenaire de confiance pour les équipes Sales & Operations et anticiper les questions clés.
• Conduire des analyses rigoureuses pour guider la prise de décision et naviguer dans l'ambiguïté.
• Promouvoir une culture data self-service et contribuer à la modélisation des données dans le Data Warehouse (dbt).
• Contribuer à la roadmap Data Engineering et à l’amélioration de l’expérience data des collaborateurs.

HOW you will contribute to the company

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be part of the Science & Analytics team focused on Acquisition (5+ people), inside the Data department (40+ people).

• You will proactively use data to identify opportunities to grow our business or improve our processes.

• You will be a real sparring partner for Sales & Operation leaders, feed their strategy by anticipating the most important business questions, and leverage your data & statistical skills to answer them.

• You will steer decision‑making in your business area through rigorous analyses, navigating ambiguity and collaborating across domains when needed.

• You will drive our self-service approach to analytics, by understanding our colleague’s needs in their use of data, and promoting a data driven culture. The Science & Analytics team is also fully in charge of creating data models in the Data Warehouse (using dbt).

• You will contribute to shaping the Data Engineering roadmap to deliver the best experience for your colleagues on the data platform.

Within 3 months:

• You will fully in charge of supporting your area of the business, prioritizing your tasks with decision makers.

• You will be confortable with our technical stack (Python, Redshift, DBT).

• You will contribute to larger cross-company projects.

Within 6 months:

• You will proactively contribute to the team’s roadmap.

• You will work with engineers and data practitioners on improving our stack and data platform.

• You will share your learnings and best practices within the team.

Who are we looking for?

You’re the right candidate if you:

• Have had previous experiences as Data Analyst, ideally in scale-up environments (5-6 years)

• Are seasoned working with SQL, DBT and data visualization tools

• Are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders beyond the data team

• You have a strong business acumen and are seen as a trusted partner by your business stakeholders

• Have strong communication skills and are capable of articulating your ideas clearly

• Are Fluent in French & English
