Capgemini is seeking an experienced Data Architect to design and maintain data architectures and lead AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree and over 10 years of experience in data architecture roles, with strong expertise in cloud platforms and data governance. Fluency in both French and English is required. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data or architecture roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI / Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain data architectures aligned with business needs.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines and modern data formats.
• Leadership on cloud-based data and AI solutions.
• Design and integrate AI / GenAI solutions.
• Evaluate AI model performance, bias, and quality.
• Implement MLOps / LLMOps and CI/CD practices.
• Enforce data governance, security, lineage, and compliance.
• Bridge between business and IT stakeholders.
