Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Quality Systems (QS) Specialist, regional SME for supplier management, to coach the EMEA CQ community and improve the Quality Management System across the region.

The role will interact with related organizations to ensure consistent processes and timely metric reporting, while supporting audit readiness and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a technical or scientific field.
• 4–6 years in Quality Assurance, Commercial Quality, or supplier quality in regulated environment.
• Experience leading supplier-focused quality activities or workstreams.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned Quality System processes and serve as SME.
• Provide guidance, support and coaching on processes & systems.
• Ensure communication of quality needs and status across sites.
• Drive simplification and standardization of processes across the EMEA region.
• Ensure timely reporting of metrics/KPIs for assigned processes.
• Support regional audit/inspection readiness.
• Build regional/global partnerships to implement solutions.
• Monitor compliance with quality policies and procedures.
• Evaluate quality processes and recommend improvements for regulatory compliance.
