Unisoninfra in Nice is seeking an experienced Assistant General Counsel in the telecoms and renewables sectors. You will support the Regional General Counsel for Europe, manage legal transactions, and oversee compliance processes.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of legal experience, particularly in renewable energy and real estate transactions, and fluency in both French and English. The position offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of legal experience in a law firm or renewable energy developer.
• Strong background in renewable energy and real estate transactions.
• Experience with French legal and notarial processes is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide general support to the Regional General Counsel – Europe.
• Coordinate with internal and external legal counsel to manage transactions.
• Conduct legal and real estate due diligence and prepare reports.

Connaissances

Legal experience in a law firm and/or renewable energy

Background in renewable energy and real estate transactions

Experience with French legal processes

Proficiency with Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Salesforce

Fluency in French and English

Formation

Minimum of 10 years of relevant legal experience
