Credit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility seeks a Senior Legal Counsel with proven securitisation and receivables assignment experience to join the in-house corporate legal team in Massy, France. You will handle a broad range of contracts, strategic projects and risk management with autonomy, interacting with internal and international stakeholders.

You will contribute to financial transactions, partnerships, M&A and IT/service agreements, ensuring compliance and harmonization across the CAPFM

Qualifications

Significant experience in securitisation and assignment of receivables.
Strong knowledge of contract law and corporate transactions.
Experience in international and French corporate projects is essential.

Responsabilités

Support securitisation and assignment of receivables for CAPFM.
Support international and French strategic corporate projects (partnerships, JVs, external growth, divestments).
Handle procurement, security and IT services contracts.
Monitor legal risks and litigation within CAPFM; manage pre-litigation matters.
Harmonize practices across CAPFM with other Crédit Agricole entities; develop standard contractual clauses.
Centralize legal risk and cost reporting for CAPFM Group for Legal Affairs and General Management.
