Your Role

With the Sustainability Practice Unit, you will

• Engage with our customers to scope out sustainability solutions, identify the relevant offerings and develop proposals to deliver the desired outcome
• Lead end-to-end sustainability, manufacturing and digital transformation programs, from business requirements gathering through solution design, implementation, deployment and value realization.
• Create detailed requirements, user scenarios and process artifacts to work closely with technical team for implementation
• The successful candidate will work closely with business and IT team to drive project delivery and support manufacturing transformation efforts
• Manage data automation and platform configuration platform to enhance the data analytics and reporting capabilities for ESG performance
• Articulate business value measured via industry standard KPIs for sustainability and other efficiency programs; conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops; support use case definition for AI usage for Sustainability solutions
• Prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
• Lead a team of other consultants to guide them through the project with the subject matter knowledge around sustainability, data handling, ESG reporting frameworks etc.

Required qualifications & experience

• Understanding of sustainability concepts and solution strategies (i.e. sustainability reporting, sustainability data analysis, sustainable supply chains, frameworks & compliance laws).
• Strong project management experience delivering complex IT transformation programs within manufacturing, supply chain or sustainability environments.
• Experience managing international and cross-functional project teams involving business, operations, technology and external partners.
• Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
• Awareness of latest technologies, platforms, products, and Industry trends in the Sustainability space.
• Experience implementing or supporting manufacturing-related enterprise solutions such as SAP
• Understanding of Industry 5.0 concepts and digital manufacturing technologies.
• Comfortable AI and data-driven approaches to improve project execution and client outcomes.
• Comfortable with data handling, analytics and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Power Platform or equivalent technologies.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, combined with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management, client engagement and communication skills in international environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Preferred skills

• Experience with SAP systems.
• Understanding of sustainability implications across internal operations and end-to-end value chains, including sustainable procurement and responsible sourcing.
• Knowledge of Green IT, Sustainable IT practices and digital decarbonization strategies.
• Experience within Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing or Industrial sectors.
