Skillbase Group seeks a Senior Compliance Manager to lead certification and governance across our international organisation, driving ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 initiatives. The role is hands-on and cross-functional, coordinating technology, security, operations and business functions to build robust controls, processes and documentation.

You will assess maturity, define remediation plans, manage audits and stakeholder reporting, and re-establish a compliant Quality Management System.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise certification programmes.
• Strong experience delivering ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 certification projects (essential).
• Experience with ISO 9001 implementation or recertification.
• Hands-on experience managing internal and external audits.
• Strong understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) frameworks.
• Experience implementing policies, controls, risk management and compliance processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence teams across multiple departments.
• Experience driving organisational change in complex environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of organisation-wide certification programmes from planning through to successful certification.
• Assess the current compliance and governance maturity against recognised industry standards.
• Identify gaps and define remediation plans across policies, processes, controls and documentation.
• Drive the implementation of governance frameworks and compliance initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Coordinate internal teams and external auditors throughout certification and surveillance audit activities.
• Lead the re-establishment of an ISO 9001 Quality Management System, reviewing, updating and implementing existing processes and documentation.
• Ensure certification programmes remain on track through effective stakeholder management, governance and reporting.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality and compliance across the organisation.

Senior Compliance Manager (ISO9001 / ISO 27001)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Compliance Consultant to lead a strategic certification and compliance programme across a growing international organisation to obtain ISO9001 / ISO27001 and SOC 2 Certification implementing all the necessary controls, process and policies to obtain this.This is a hands-on leadership role where you will define and execute the roadmap to achieve and maintain key industry certifications, working closely with stakeholders across technology, security, operations and business functions.
