Straightline Consulting Limited seeks a Commissioning Manager - Project Lead to oversee the safe, timely, and efficient design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems and IT infrastructure in built environments. • Minimum of 5 years’ technical experience in design, build, and commissioning of MEP services.
• Commissioning of data centres – essential.
• Proven experience managing teams - essential.
• Confident in presenting to stakeholders - essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage MEP works across multiple projects, ensuring timely and compliant commissioning.
• Supervise and mentor Commissioning Engineers and subcontractors, ensuring they are trained, competent, and motivated.
• Conduct site surveys and provide findings to project teams.
• Lead and contribute to project meetings, preparing reports as required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review final stage designs to ensure specification compliance and identify value engineering opportunities.
• Oversee on-site building services installation and commissioning, ensuring compliance with professional and statutory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by contributing to post-installation lessons learned processes.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices, applying new knowledge to maintain technical excellence.
• Always ensure strict adherence to health and safety policies.
