We launched Flatpay France in January 2025 – as our fifth market – and since January we’ve added +200 colleagues, 5 hubs and thousands of merchants to our portfolio.

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join Team France.

The role will act as a bridge across the French organization as well as between Global and Local teams and will blend strategic analysis with hands‑on implementation.

The role reports directly to the Managing Director of Flatpay France and will work closely with the local leadership team across Commercial and Operations‑topics.

What you'll do
  • Identify, prioritize and localize (where relevant) initiatives to improve performance – e.g., conduct detailed analysis of and levers to improve end‑to‑end conversion.
  • Lead implementation of high‑impact projects in close collaboration with business leaders – e.g., help define, implement and scale tools and processes for one of our many departments (Field Sales, Telesales, etc.).
  • Drive hands‑on change management in sales – e.g., follow‑up on implementation of Sales Excellence‑initiatives, do in‑the‑field co‑drives with Field Sales to optimise the sales process, support middle managers’ ways‑of‑working to shape high‑performing teams, etc.
  • Conduct desk research on topics relevant to the French business to refine commercial approaches and support product development – e.g., competitor and features analysis.
  • Support on new product launches – e.g., E2E project management from drafting the first project plan to driving and following up on implementation.
Who you are
  • You have 2 – 4 years of experience either with management consulting and/or commercial work in a similar fast‑paced environment.
  • You combine strong analytical thinking with practical execution skills and have a passion for seeing strategy turn into measurable results.
  • You are comfortable working cross‑functionally, collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • You are proactive, detail‑oriented, and hands‑on, with a drive to learn and contribute to a fast‑scaling organization.
  • You are fluent in English and French.
