Responsibilities

• Coordinate invoicing across participating centers for a clinical study in a sponsor environment.
• Track and address blockers during invoice proposal reviews.
• Create center vendors in APEX and validate in eGPS.
• Monitor payments in Medius and SAP and resolve issues.
• Maintain real-time Power BI updates for billing visibility by center/study.
• Prepare client reporting and participate in finance meetings.
• Monitor provisions according to client guidelines.
