Job summary

Fortrea in Paris is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate I (SCRA I) to support sponsor-dedicated trials. The role includes site visits, SDV, and ongoing site staff training within a primarily France-based network.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical trials and conduct site visits to ensure protocol compliance, regulatory requirements, and GCP.
• Manage sites as primary contact for study operations.
• Perform source data verification (SDV) to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide Investigator training and support on study protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare monitoring reports, maintain study records, and contribute to trial documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Clinical Trials -conduct site visits to ensure compliance with protocols, regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) - National on sites visits in France (40%).
• Site Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for investigational sites, ensuring smooth study operations.
• Source Document Verification (SDV)- Review and verify accuracy of clinical data collected from study sites.
• Investigator Training and Support- Provide ongoing training to site staff on study protocols and regulatory requirements
• Reporting and Documentation- Prepare monitoring reports, maintain study records, and contribute to overall trial documentation.

Qualifications:

• Life Sciences Universitydegreeorcertificationin a related allied health professionfrom an appropriately accredited institution (e.g., nursing licensure).
• Thorough understanding ofICH GCP Guidelinesand understanding oflocal regulatory requirements.
• Thoroughknowledgeof monitoring proceduresand basic understanding of the clinical trial process.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal.
