Exyte is looking for a Manager in Civil / Structural Engineering located in Lyon, France. This role involves leading a team of Structural Engineers, ensuring project delivery in the pharmaceuticals and biotechnology sectors. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

In this position, you will oversee engineering activities, mentor your team, and promote best practices. Fluency in both English and French is required, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably within pharmaceutical or biotechnology.
• Proven experience leading structural engineering teams and managing multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong experience with EPC, EPCM, Design-Build, and industrial project delivery models.

Responsabilités
