The Exploration Company seeks a High-Thrust Engine Chief Engineer to lead the technical vision and architecture of the Storm propulsion program. You will be the principal technical authority for the high‑thrust, cryogenic LOX/LCH4 engine, guiding multidisciplinary teams toward mission success and lifecycle integrity.

• Master's degree in propulsion engineering, systems engineering, aerospace engineering, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate the technical vision and roadmap for the Storm propulsion system.
• Own system architecture across propulsion, structures, avionics, and operations.
• Provide mentorship and technical oversight to the team.
• Identify, assess, and manage system-level risks; lead design reviews and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Storm Lead, program management, and external partners to balance performance, cost and schedule.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering tools and capabilities.
