ixolabs.ai is seeking a C++ Backend Engineer to refine AI-generated code for performance-critical domains such as HPC and systems programming. You will focus on memory safety, low latency, and robust backend services.

You will review AI-produced C++ code, optimize data structures, and ensure modern C++ standards and STL usage are applied. Collaboration with ML researchers will be essential for efficient AI components.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience as a C++ Backend or Systems Engineer.
• Expert proficiency in modern C++ (C++11 and later).
• Strong experience with performance optimization, memory management, and debugging complex C++ apps.
• Familiarity with HPC libraries and parallel programming models.
• Experience with build systems and package managers (CMake, Make, Conan, vcpkg).
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP in C++.

Responsabilités

• Review and validate AI-generated C++ code for backend services and HPC.
• Assess AI’s memory management, pointers, and complex data structures.
• Provide feedback on concurrency and parallel programming (C++11, OpenMP, MPI).
• Create high-quality training data for C++ systems programming, including network I/O.
• Debug and optimize AI-generated C++ code, finding memory leaks and bottlenecks with tools.
• Analyze AI’s understanding of C++ standards (C++11–C++20) and STL usage.
