A healthcare technology company is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves partnering with business leaders to build analytical tools and metrics, translating data into business value, and maintaining dashboards for data access. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in data analytics, strong SQL skills, and excels in communication. This position offers a hybrid or remote working environment with competitive compensation ranging from $124,000 to $139,000 annually depending on the arrangement.
We’re looking for a Senior Business Data Analyst, Business Analytics to play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will partner with business leaders to scope, design, and build the appropriate analytical tools and metrics to answer strategic and operational questions. This will include defining and operationalizing key performance indicators (KPIs), uncovering insights through rigorous analysis, developing scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks, and ultimately translating data into business value. Success in this role is measured by the impact of insights on strategic and operational decisions, clarity of metrics delivered, and measurable improvements in business outcomes such as growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Base Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is
Hybrid Commitment: $124,000–$139,000USD Annually
Fully Remote Commitment: $103,000–$115,000 USD Annually
This role can be hybrid (onsite from our NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hub location three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) or fully remote. Both arrangements include travel 2–3 times per year (e.g., company and department offsites).
The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate’s working location.
