Natixis Investment Managers, Paris-based Product Technology team, seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to shape product management tools for funds, strategies, and mandates, enabling richer distribution across channels.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) and at least 5 years of experience in Business Analyst/Senior BA positions, ideally in asset management or financial services.
• Significant experience in complex functional projects.
• Practice of Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem (Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, APEX, SOQL).
• ETL knowledge.
• Mastery of the Office package and reporting/data‑visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficiency in English at a common level.

Job Description

At Natixis Investment Managers, you will join the 11‑person Product Technology team. In this team, we work on the design and operation of investment fund distribution solutions, and more specifically on product management tools (funds, strategies, mandates) that allow for structuring, enriching and disseminating the product offering through various distribution channels.

Responsibilities

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

• Analyze, collect, and challenge business needs on product management tools.
• Map key processes (product life cycle, data dissemination, documentation, etc.).
• Translate needs into clear functional specifications (user stories, scoping files, processes) and propose robust and pragmatic solutions.
• Functionally manage projects (major developments, new tools, migrations) and participate in their framing.
• Define, coordinate and execute the test plans and functional recipe, while ensuring expert level support to users.

Our work methodology is Agile (Scrum, Kanban…). You are integrated into our community of Business Analysts / functional referents.
