Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data or equivalent.
• 10+ years in BPE, Demand Planning or Supply Chain in an international environment.
• Lean/Six Sigma proficiency and BPMN process modeling.
• Functional expertise on APS tools (Kinaxis, Futurmaster).
• Hands-on AI/ML applied to planning; data tools Power BI, SQL, Python.
• Fluent English with strong communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Co-build end-to-end Demand Management processes and maturity levels.
• Lead Lean initiatives to improve operational performance.
• Define global standards and KPIs; support governance and audits.
• Design upskilling journeys and deliver training in French and English.
• Structure planning data flows; define dashboards for decision support.
• Identify AI/ML use cases and drive transformation roadmaps.
