Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Machine Learning engineer to scope, build, deploy, and maintain biosignal-driven models for sleep and CNS disorders. You will collaborate with data scientists, neuroscientists, engineers, and clinicians to advance brain and biosignal analytics in medical device contexts.

You will contribute across the full algorithm lifecycle, emphasize appropriate model choices, and help improve tooling, documentation, and testing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years industry experience in ML/DL in health sciences or regulated fields.
• Experience bringing algorithms into production.
• Familiar with DSP and statistics; choose the right tool for the job.

Responsabilités

• Lead and participate in the full biosignal algorithm development lifecycle for medical devices including data curation, labeling, development, validation, production, maintenance and documentation.
• Select and develop the most appropriate methods, applying deep learning when beneficial and other methods when necessary.
• Improve internal ML tools and encourage reusable code to enable rapid experimentation.
• Ensure algorithms are well-tested with documentation, CI, and non-regression testing; present results to stakeholders.
• Support client-facing projects to shape impact of Beacon algorithms for customers.
