Job summary

Criteo is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Paris, France, offering a permanent full-time position with a hybrid work model. You will design, build, and operate scalable backend services, focusing on identity signals, data processing, and high-performance APIs.

You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, ML engineers, and cross-functional teams across User Data and Audience platforms, contributing to privacy-conscious identity solutions in a dynamic advertising

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and extending large and complex systems.
• Master in Computer Science or engineering school.
• Proficient in C#, Python, C++, and Java.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate highly scalable backend services processing billions of identity signals.
• Develop services to create, store, enrich, synchronize, validate, and serve identity data across Criteo's ecosystem.
• Improve cross-device and cross-environment matching to increase audience reach and advertising performance.
• Work on large-scale data processing, distributed systems, low-latency services, and high-throughput APIs.
• Partner with product managers, data scientists, ML engineers, and other engineering teams.
• Own services end-to-end from design to deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
