Missions

Join a team of about 15 backend developers and bring your energy to :

  • Collaborate with the product team to specify and plan upcoming features
  • Contribute to technical evaluation and specification of upcoming features
  • Implement new features using the best practices
  • Correct bugs because nobody is perfect!
  • Review the code of your teammates to keep the project clean and share knowledge

You are interested in flexible working mode : open to full remote and hybrid on‑site / remote

Lets talk about you

5 years of working experience using PHP and Symfony framework (alternatively previous experience in software development)

Ability to communicate in English (all tech meetings are in English)

Agile project management experience (we are following the Scrum methodology)

Mindset : autonomous proactive problem solver adaptable (eager to work in a fast growing environment) and team spirit

DevOps awareness and curiosity

A Video-call with the Tech Talent Acquisition Manager to better understand your career plan and your fit for the role at Worldia - 45 min

A technical test done at home - about 1H30

A technical interview ending with a 30‑minutes live coding session with a Lead developer and a back‑end developer to evaluate your hard skills and the way you operate - 1H30

An interview with an Engineering manager to create a strong alignment on what well be expected from you and help you project yourself within the team - 1 hour
