Zusammenfassung

Red Commerce Schweiz GmbH in the North of France seeks an experienced Automated Visual Inspection (AVI) Consultant to support injectable pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will develop inspection recipes and vision algorithms, assist installation and IQ/OQ/PQ, troubleshoot defects, and ensure GMP compliance while collaborating with Quality, Validation and Operations.

Candidates should have 7+ years in pharmaceutical engineering with hands-on experience on Brevetti, Syntegon, Seidenader, Eisai or

Qualifikationen

7+ years of pharmaceutical engineering experience with automated visual inspection for injectables.
Hands-on experience with vision software HALCON or Cognex and GMP-related requirements.

Aufgaben

Develop and optimise inspection recipes and vision algorithms.
Support equipment installation, commissioning and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Troubleshoot inspection issues and reduce false rejects while maintaining reliable defect detection.
Ensure GMP compliance and work closely with Quality, Validation and Operations.
