TOTAL Deutschland GmbH is hiring a Reliability & Predictive Maintenance Engineer to enhance operational efficiency in renewable energy assets including solar and wind. This role focuses on defining reliability frameworks, developing predictive models, and improving asset performance.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in asset behavior and reliability engineering, experience in data analytics, and the capability to work collaboratively across engineering disciplines. A degree in engineering or a related field is required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of asset behavior and failure modes in renewable technologies.
• Experience with digital monitoring and data analytics.
• Ability to work transversally with multiple engineering disciplines.
