Ardmac, based near Paris, seeks a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead a team of Architectural Technologists across multiple projects, ensuring design solutions are of the highest quality, on schedule and within budget.

You will mentor junior staff, oversee technical detailing, and ensure smooth handover of design packages to construction while upholding rigorous BCAR compliance and performance for high-spec environments.

Qualifications

• BSc in Architectural Technology
• Fluency in French and English
• Knowledge of Building Regulations and Design Standards including BCAR
• Technical detailing and material specification
• Drawing symbols and standards

Responsabilités

• Review project specifications and deliverables.
• Agree and manage design budgets and programmes.
• Ensure design is compliant with regulations and standards.
• Mentor junior team members to aid professional development.
• Manage technical aspects of sub-contractor packages.
• Product detailing and interfacing with components and materials.
• Raise/Respond to design stage RFIs and COVIs.
• Attend site meetings as required.
