HCLTech is seeking a Track Manager for JBoss, Tomcat, and WebSphere Application Server environments. You will oversee enterprise server operations, drive automation, and mentor teams to ensure high availability, performance, and security across platforms.

Responsibilities include incident root-cause analysis, proactive monitoring, and implementing IaC and containerization strategies, with a focus on aligning technical solutions to client SLAs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise server environments (JBoss, Tomcat, WebSphere).
• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
• Experience leading teams and documenting processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert oversight and optimization of JBoss, Tomcat, and WebSphere operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance with client SLAs.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex incidents and problems using advanced troubleshooting skills with application server technologies and related tools.
• Drive process improvements by implementing automation scripts and monitoring solutions for proactive management of application server environments.
• Guide and mentor team members in best practices for application server deployment, configuration management, and operational support using Tomcat and JBoss administration tools.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate client requirements into actionable operational strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Lead major incident response and recovery processes, leveraging knowledge of application server clustering, load balancing, and failover mechanisms.
• Champion the adoption of new tools and methodologies to enhance service delivery, such as infrastructure-as-code and containerization for application server environments.
• Ensure robust documentation and knowledge sharing for all operational processes, configuration standards, and troubleshooting guides related to JBoss, Tomcat, and WebSphere Application Server.
