Metrea in France is seeking a technical specialist to install, configure, maintain, and sustain airborne ISR mission systems. You will perform hands-on troubleshooting, field repairs, and system validation to ensure continuous mission readiness for real-world ISR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in radar fundamentals and RF test equipment.
• Strong understanding of RF signal paths and TCP/IP routing.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, and maintain airborne ISR mission systems and subsystems.
• Perform pre-mission checks, troubleshooting, and field-level maintenance.
• Carry out Windows/Linux admin tasks and script-based activities.
• Interpret test equipment data to validate system performance.
• Configure and troubleshoot mission networks and secure links.
• Support system software loads, firmware updates, and validation.
• Collaborate with engineering and sustainment teams on integration.
• Provide technical feedback and field reports for root-cause analysis.
• Communicate capabilities and requirements clearly to stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships to support mission success.
