NVIDIA is seeking an AI Computer Engineer to join its NVIDIA Infrastructure Specialists team. You will deploy, manage, and maintain AI infrastructure for new and existing customers, acting as the domain expert during planning calls through implementation.

Handover documentation and knowledge transfers will support customers as they roll out advanced AI factory systems. The role requires strong Linux and data center experience, plus excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years providing in-depth support and deployment services in data centers.
• Linux OS administration, process management, package management, task scheduling, kernel management, boot procedures/troubleshooting, performance reporting/logging.
• Data center network products and protocols.
• Data center monitoring solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervision.

NVIDIA is looking for an AI Computer Engineer to join its NVIDIA Infrastructure Specialists (NVIS) team. Academic and commercial groups around the world are using NVIDIA products to revolutionize deep learning and data analytics, and to power data centers. Join the team building many of the largest and fastest AI factory systems in the world!

NVIDIA is looking for someone with the ability to work on a dynamic customer-focused team that requires excellent interpersonal skills. This role will be interacting with customers, partners and internal teams, to analyse, define and implement large scale AI Factory projects. The scope of these efforts includes a combination of Networking, System Design and Automation while being the face to the customer.

What You Will Be Doing

• Primary responsibilities will include deploying, managing, and maintaining AI infrastructure for new and existing customers.
• Be the domain expert with customers during planning calls through implementation.
• Handover-related documentation and perform knowledge transfers required to support customers as they begin rolling out some of the most sophisticated systems in the world!
• Provide feedback to internal teams such as opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements.

What We Need To See

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years providing in-depth support and deployment services in data centers, solving problems for hardware and software products.
• Knowledge and experience with Linux Operating System, administration, process management, package management, task scheduling, kernel management, boot procedures/troubleshooting, performance reporting/optimization/logging.
• Knowledge and experience with Data center network products and protocols.
• Knowledge and experience with Data center monitoring solutions.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain and deliver resolutions for customer-blocking issues as they arise. Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervision.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

• NVIDIA Certification like: AI Infrastructure and Operations/AI Infrastructure/AI Operations or equivalent.
• Kubernetes Experience.
• Experience with AI-focused hardware(GPUs) or software(Training/Inferencing).
• Scripting/Automation tooling background
• Industry-standard data center certifications.
