NVIDIA Corporation in Europe seeks a senior Solutions Architect specialized in large-scale distributed training and alignment of neural networks. You will lead technical relationships with AI labs and research institutions, guiding customers on NVIDIA’s training stack including NeMo and Megatron-LM, and shaping product roadmaps from feedback.

You will bridge research and engineering, enabling efficient multi-node GPU training, RL workflows, and post-training strategies, while driving innovation

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of distributed AI training experience with multi-node GPU clusters.
• Solid understanding of training infrastructure and its impact on efficiency and scalability.
• Strong proficiency with Megatron-LM, NeMo, or equivalent distributed training frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage research scientists and infra engineers.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage strategic technical relationships with leading EMEA AI model builders.
• Collaborate with customers to define software stack and infrastructure for large-scale training and post-training workflows (RL).
• Serve as go-to expert on distributed training strategies and guidance for large-scale training recipes using PyTorch, Megatron-LM, NeMo.
• Help customers optimize training/fine-tuning efficiency at scale (GPU utilization, memory management).
• Collaborate with NVIDIA product and research teams to present customer needs and roadmap.
• Animate developer community via hackathons, demos, and technical conferences.
