Doctolib is seeking a Senior AI Engineer for the Patient team in Paris. You will design and deploy the production search and recommendation architecture, focusing on retrieval, ranking, and reranking using vector search, LLMs, and RAG techniques.

• Experience shipping search or recommendation systems to production.
• Ability to ship algorithms to production (ECS-based service on AWS).
• Experience building end-to-end retrieval: ranking and reranking pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Design and build production search and recommendation architecture.
• Establish strong baselines with prompts, RAG, and model selection.
• Build evaluation and observability into every stage, offline and online.
• Set up data/event feedback loops to drive iteration and ML later.
• Improve search relevance and ranking on Patient-facing products.
