Inato is seeking an AI Engineer to advance AI-driven clinical research solutions. You’ll select models, implement RAG techniques, and develop agentic systems to impact patient recruitment and site selection, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), 1 year in production environment
• Python proficiency
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and French, with strong communication
• Product mindset able to challenge the roadmap with the CPO
• Experience implementing and deploying AI features in production
• Knowledge of LLM evaluation challenges
• Ability to deliver clean, production-ready code autonomously

Responsibilities

• Choose and orchestrate the right models to process multimodal data
• Design and implement cutting-edge RAG techniques for large medical documents
• Build agentic systems for patient recruitment or site selection
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and data engineers to integrate AI into the platform
• Develop robust, scalable pipelines that meet production-grade standards
