Celonis is seeking a Senior/ Lead AI Deployment Engineer to drive AI-augmented delivery for enterprise customers. You will lead the hands-on implementation, direct AI agents to build data models, dashboards, and KPIs, and validate outputs against business requirements.

You will collaborate with customers to translate needs into precise technical specs, define success criteria, and ensure measurable value while traveling up to 50% and maintaining a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting.
• Experience building and configuring Celonis solutions with data modeling and KPI definition.
• Ability to write clear specifications, evaluate AI outputs, and iterate with customers.

Responsabilités

• Lead hands‑on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers.
• Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, KPIs and dashboards; validate outputs.
• Design and build operational solutions to drive value and adoption.
• Coordinate rollout, training and handovers with customer teams.
• Develop domain expertise and shape platform roadmap with Product teams.
