Mendo is seeking a Senior Data Scientist / AI Engineer in Paris to identify and create AI solutions that enhance the product for users. This role offers autonomy in exploring AI initiatives while mentoring the next generation of data scientists.

The candidate should have 4-6 years in data science, expertise in LLM fine-tuning, and a passion for transforming products through AI. The position supports a hybrid work environment, allowing for a mix of on-site and remote work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in data science / ML engineering.
• Significant experience with LLMs and GenAI architectures.
• Excellent command of English; French optional.

Responsabilités

• Identify and deploy AI solutions to increase value for users.
• Propose AI use cases aligned with business objectives.
• Mentor and train a junior Data Scientist.

Machine Learning expertise

Deep mastery of LLM fine‑tuning
