Fanatics Commerce Paris Saint-Germain Megastore recrute un(e) conseiller(ère) de vente polyvalent(e) pour offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle en magasin. Vous accompagnerez les clients, recommanderez des produits et veillerez au bon déroulement des services en point de vente.

Une première expérience en retail est appréciée. Maîtrise de l’anglais exigée; disponibilité y compris les jours de match et événements. Rémunération au SMIC horaire avec une prime sur objectifs et avantages sociaux.

Responsibilities

• Accueillir, accompagner et conseiller les clients pour une expérience d’achat qualitative.
• Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de vente individuels et collectifs.
• Veiller au respect des standards visuels du magasin (merchandising, signalétique).
• Assurer la propreté et la bonne tenue générale du point de vente.
• Adopter une présentation professionnelle conforme aux standards de l’entreprise.
• Veiller à la protection des biens de l’entreprise, dans le respect des procédures Fanatics Retail.
• Participer à la gestion des stocks (réception, traitement des livraisons, réassort).
• Contribuer aux inventaires réguliers et garantir leur fiabilité.
• Appliquer et promouvoir l’ensemble des procédures et règles en magasin.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

En tant que conseiller(ère) de vente, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la satisfaction client et la performance du magasin. À ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes :

• Accueillir, accompagner et conseiller les clients afin de garantir une expérience d’achat qualitative
• Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de vente individuels et collectifs
• Veiller au respect des standards visuels du magasin (merchandising, mise en avant des produits, signalétique)
