AXA Group Operations is seeking a senior security leader to embed security by design across projects, products, and services. You will drive governance, risk analyses, and security assurance, aligning multiple functions with the Group Security Strategy.

The role requires coordinating with Group Security and stakeholders to maintain robust security standards throughout AXA GO. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in cyberrisk, cloud security, and DevSecOps, with relevant certifications and strong

Qualifications

We are looking for extensive experience in cyberrisk analysis and security governance.
Certification in CISSP, CISM or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor is highly preferred.
Experience with DevSecOps and security by design across large programs.

Responsabilités

Support Head of GO Security Engineering COE in ensuring security by design in all GO projects.
Develop and implement a consistent approach to security topics within scope.
Lead cyber risk analysis and security assurance plans for projects.
Contribute to security oversight of products and projects in GO.
Coordinate with Group Security and other GO stakeholders to ensure compliance.
Promote continuous improvement of security services and framework adherence.
