Principality Nannies seeks an experienced full-time nanny for a young international family relocating from North America to Europe, based in Mougins in a fully staffed household.

The family has four children aged 22 months, 4½, 7½ and 12½. The role involves after-school care, travel with the family, school pickups, homework help and organizing age-appropriate activities with regular evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Providing attentive, nurturing care for all four children.

• Assisting with children’s meals, snacks and general organisation.
• Coordinating with the existing nanny to ensure consistency and smooth daily routines.
• Providing occasional evening and weekend babysitting.
• Travelling with the family and helping maintain the children’s routines while away.

Job description

Principality Nannies is currently seeking an experienced and caring full-time nanny for a lovely international family relocating from North America to Europe, based in Mougins within a fully staffed household.

The family has four children, three girls and one boy, aged 22 months, 4½, 7½ and 12½. They already employ a nanny and are looking for a second nanny to provide additional support and work collaboratively to ensure the children receive excellent care.

Position details:

• – Location: Mougins, South of France
• – Salary: €3,000 net per month
• – Schedule: 4–5 days per week, depending on the agreed hours
• – Languages: English and French essential; Greek would be an advantage
• – Travel: Regular travel with the family is required

Responsibilities will include:

• – Providing attentive, nurturing care for all four children.
• – Collecting the children from school and taking them to after-school activities.
• – Helping with homework, reading and educational activities.
• – Organising engaging, age-appropriate activities and outings.
• – Supporting the youngest child’s daily routine, meals and development.
• – Assisting with children’s meals, snacks and general organisation.
• – Coordinating with the existing nanny to ensure consistency and smooth daily routines.
• – Providing occasional evening and weekend babysitting.
• – Travelling with the family and helping maintain the children’s routines while away.

The role will primarily involve working afternoons after school, with Wednesdays starting at approximately midday. Some evenings and weekends will be required; when weekends are worked, time off will be provided during the week, as agreed.

The ideal candidate will have previous professional nanny experience, be highly organised, warm, proactive and flexible, and feel confident caring for several children of different ages. A valid driving licence and confidence driving children would be advantageous. Excellent references are essential.
